Evaluasi Model Layanan Need Asessmen Bimbingan dan Konseling di SMPTI Al-Irsyad Pamekasan

This study focuses on evaluating the implementation of Need Assessment services in the Guidance and Counseling program at SMPTI Al-Irsyad Pamekasan. The main focus includes assessment activities carried out by BK teachers, the instruments used, and the extent to which the program has been implemented. The study used a mix method approach, namely a combination of quantitative methods through evaluation questionnaires and qualitative methods through interviews and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). The quantitative instrument was a Likert scale questionnaire 1–7 with 40 items. The results of descriptive statistical analysis using SPSS showed that the majority of service aspects had been "fully implemented", with an average value (mean) for Counselor 1 of 6.48 and Counselor 2 of 6.43. The mode and median for both counselors were 7, indicating that the highest score was the highest score. The frequency showed that 95% of respondents in Counselor 1 and 87.5% in Counselor 2 stated that the service had been fully implemented. However, aspects of digitalization and follow-up still need to be improved. In conclusion, although the implementation of the needs assessment has gone well, administrative, clinical, and collaborative supervision is needed so that the guidance and counseling program is more effective and based on students' actual needs.
